My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but cleanliness was an issue initially. However, the staff promptly addressed my concerns and ensured I had a pleasant stay. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to The Chef, Mr Ram, and the Reception Staff. The location was decent, with easy access to the beach and shops, but really came alive in the evening. The dining options were good overall, with tasty dishes, although the in-house restaurant stood out. The facilities were adequate, and the pool on the roof terrace was a lovely addition.
